Fantastische ervaring: Ruta heeft me zeer kortdag en laat op de avond willen aanvaarden voor een eenmalig bezoek (toerist). Ik dacht dat ik al veel wist over hoe het lichaam werkt, maar ze heeft me nog veel meer bijgeleerd, en toegepast op mijn persoonlijke situatie en noden. Haar kalme en professionele houding, maar ook haar warmte, geven je onmiddelijk goede hoop - en ik heb een dag later al veel minder pijn!

Fantastische ervaring: I’ve started my treatment with Ruta for a bad injury in my shoulder and my neck, that was extremely painful and annoyed and for the first time, I did the “dry needling” with her and 2x is almost already gone. We are doing a combination of Osteopathic + Physiotherapy and so far is amazing. She has “magic hands” plus she explains everything what she is doing and what is going on… I’m super happy for 3x there my problem is almost gone! Physiotherapy is amazing but the Osteo + needles made the whole difference for sure! Super recommended, when we are talking about pain and something bothering you on daily basis, indeed must to be very good to have that gone, and she nailed it!!!

Fantastische ervaring: I have tried different physiotherapists in Amsterdam and Ruta was the one I liked the most. I have a hernia in my lower back and because of my sedentary job, my whole back gets very stiff. So I was looking for someone who could really help me. Every time I have a session with Ruta, I feel like a different person after, much more relaxed. She knows what she is talking about and she also explains it to me, so that I understand as well. And when needed, she gives me some exercises to do at home, with some videos explaining how to actually perform them. I am very happy and totally recommend!

Not only do the sessions make a notable difference, but she gives very detailed advice and stretches/exercises to do in between sessions that really help with understanding the problem and getting back on track. I dance at a top level competitively and at 30 years old, I place a lot of value on taking care of my body and am super selective of the team of individuals who help me to do so. Ruta is absolutely spectacular with her understanding of the body, of an athletes needs, as well as is really great of explaining to me what she is doing and how I can best take care of myself. Fantastische ervaring: Ruta is an excellent physical therapist. She's attentive to your needs and employs a wide range of exercises and treatments to help you heal. You can schedule appointments online, too. I first went to her to treat temporary vertigo, but I'll continue to go to her for any other PT needs I have.

Fantastische ervaring: Als ballerina in opleiding kom ik vaak in aanraking met blessures. Ruta weet hier als voormalig top ballerina als geen ander vanaf. Zij herkent precies de oorzaak van mijn pijnen en kan ze ook verhelpen. Heel bijzonder vind ik haar dry needling, wat geweldige effecten met zich meebrengt. Naast haar geheel verlichtende behandelingen leert zij mij hoe ik bepaalde blessures kan voorkomen door onder andere raad en oefeningen mee te geven. She looks at connections, sources and underlying causes as well as the actual pain area. She has a diversity of education on top of her physiotherapy schooling and uses the tools of her profession according to what’s most appropriate. Besides that she has great hands und direct knowing about where to work with them and how. As an ex-dancer, I have had over decades many different experiences of physiotherapist.
