Fantastische ervaring: Jonathon is echt heel goed! De pijn die ik had in m'n nek is grotendeels verdwenen doordat de hele ruggengraat is aangepakt tot aan de bekken toe. En het verschil in m'n prestaties in dagelijks leven en met sport (ik doe aan yoga en partner acrobatiek) merk ik zeker. Blij dat ik 10 maanden geleden ben gegaan en het resultaat mag er zeker zijn. The chiropractic adjustments performed by Jonathon reduced significantly and lastingly my back and neck pain. The spinal manipulations rebalance the connections between the nervous system and the rest of the body, thus improving self-regulation. In fact, my seasonal flu was very mild and without complications thanks to this new balance resulting from regular chiropractic adjustments. Fantastische ervaring: I had a very positive experience at the practice. The first appointment was very thorough, so that the chiropractor could have a broad understanding of my situation. Right after it I was already feeling much better. Each following adjustment was scheduled with a little more time in between visits. It has now been around a month since the first time I came in and my back pain is close to gone! Even better, I now understand my body a lot better. Definitely recommend!

Fantastische ervaring: Due to a low back injury, I have visited many chiropractors both in the US and Europe, and Jon is by far the best one I’ve been to. Many chiropractors only focus on the “popping” of the joints as fast as possible, which causes temporary relief but requires constant maintenance and adjustments. During your first appointment he takes the time to really get to know you and your history, while simultaneously explaining what activities in your daily life could be causing this. This allows you to be more cognizant of what actions cause pain and adjust accordingly, this behaves more as a preventative measure rather than a temporary fix. He was also very clear in this appointment that the reduction of pain takes time and recommends an individualized treatment plan. However, if you are unable to fully commit to the whole plan he is very understanding and does not pressure you into the full plan. In the follow up appointment you are given a customized booklet about daily exercises to further prevent pain. During every adjustment he takes time to explain each of his adjustments and their purpose, while carefully listening and asking what has changed or improved since the past adjustments. Visiting this practice is so calming and Lisa at the front desk is very kind! Jon truly goes above and beyond the basic chiropractic treatment, and I couldn’t recommend this chiropractic practice and Jon more!

Fantastische ervaring: Ik kom al bijna 3 jaar bij Jon Narlock in Hellevoetsluis. Vindt het erg jammer dat hij nu naar Delft vertrekt. Hij is een fantastische Chiropractor! Na iedere behandeling kan ik alles weer doen. En geloof me, mijn rug was steeds erg pijnlijk. Maar door zijn behandelingen kan ik bijna de flikflak doen. Het is niet alleen een fantastische Chiropractor maar ook een fantastisch mens. Ik ga hem heel erg missen.

Fantastische ervaring: Ik kom al jaren bij Jonathon P. Narlock en kan hem van harte aanbevelen. Hij is professioneel, kundig en neemt echt de tijd om te luisteren en gericht te behandelen. Fantastische ervaring: Hele kundige, behulpzame en lieve mensen!

Negatieve ervaring: This review is written after 3month of the treatment . I was treated my Mr Jonathan . I had a cervical spine discomfort and at times pain on the shoulder in the right hand side. After visiting the first session , I was barely able to move with Nausea and numbness of hands and limbs on the right side of my body . The situation was so worse I was unable to move the next day. I reported this issue back and they were unable to resolve to ease out the problem in two weeks and I had to fly back on a wheel chair assistance to my country , my body condition is so bad that the doctors are unable to resolve my problem and citing the wrong /dangerous movements from Mr Jonathan . I believe this would sound like a very negative/poisoning review but I had to express the facts before some one like me could be affected next .I don’t write reviews normally , doing so after my experience here. Would let Solar Chiropractic Delft to decide if such things are to be continued. Sorry for spoiling your review page . My life is affected to an extent after this treatment.

Fantastische ervaring: After struggling with a lower back injury for 3 months, the only thing that helped me with my recovery was the treatment given by solar chiropractic. Their entire treatment plan was quite convincing to me as a patient since I wasn’t just prescribed one size fits all medicines/exercises, but rather the doctor first listened to my issues and then came up with an elaborate recovery plan which spanned over the course of 5-6 months. I felt much better after just 4-5 sessions and the entire plan helped me recover to a 100% eventually. I would definitely recommend this over other standard orthopaedic and Allopathic solutions.

Fantastische ervaring: Ik loop nu ongeveer een half jaar wekelijks bij Solar in Delft en ik voel mij zoveel beter! Niet alleen fysiek heeft dit een grote impact gehad maar ook mentaal. De mensen hier zijn super lief en zorgzaam, echt een aanrader!

Fantastische ervaring: Na lange tijd last te hebben gehad van vastzittende schouder, heb ik afgelopen november het besluit genomen om chiropractie te proberen. Ik kwam terecht in een mooie praktijk met kundige en fijne chiropractors. Vanaf de eerste afspraak heb ik vrijwel nooit meer last gehad van mijn schouders en mijn migraineaanvallen zijn sterk afgenomen. Daarbij heeft de aanpak van chiropractie ervoor gezorgd dat ik nu bewuster leef: ik heb een betere houding, ik probeer dagelijks 10k stappen te halen en ik kan dieper en vrijer ademenen. Wat ik erg waardeer aan SolarChiropractic in Delft is dat routineafspraken maar 10min van je dag in beslag nemen en de praktijk ligt vlak achter het station. Hierdoor kan ik zelf in een drukke week een gaatje vinden om langs te gaan. En nog belangrijker: ondanks de korte tijd per klant is er toch veel oprechte en geïnteresseerde aandacht, zowel van de chiropractors Jonatan en Daniel als receptioniste Lisa. 5 sterren zijn zeker verdiend! Ik zou het iedereen aanraden :)

Fantastische ervaring: Ik kom er nu ongeveer iets meer dan een maand, 2 x per week. In de eerste sessie al, was mijn nek los/flexibel nadat die jarenlang vast zat. Mijn houding na jarenlang kantoor werk was ook licht verwaarloosd. Dit was ook 1 van de eerste verbeteringen na een aantal sessies wat mij direct opviel. Ik heb in het verleden reuma gehad en fysio gehad. Door mijn dieet aan te passen heb ik daar gelukkig niet veel last meer van gehad. Daarboven op heeft Nick met het kraken zeker een bijdrage geleverd om zo goed als pijnloos de dag door te komen. Kortom de chiropractor heeft voor mij veel betekend als het om gezondheid gaat en mij zeker meer bewuster gemaakt hoe belangrijk het is om een goed werkend zenuwstelsel te hebben. Je houd hier ook een leuk community aan over die om de zoveel tijd een boekenavond en een movienight organiseren, allemaal in teken van meer bewustwording van het zelfherstellend vermogen van het lichaam.

Fantastische ervaring: Toen ik aan een collega vertelde dat mijn lichaam aan alle kanten pijn deed en het gevoel had geen energie meer te hebben gaf hij mij het advies om een chiropractor te raadplegen. Zijn dochter werkt daar en zij had hem verteld dat door verschillende vormen van stress die we in het dagelijks leven ervaren het lichaam uit balans kan raken en daardoor storingen in het zenuwstelsel plaatsvinden en daardoor er niet optimaal gecommuniceerd kan worden met de hersenen. Bij de intake vertelde Nick (de chiropractor) het belang tussen de verbinding tussen lichaam en geest en dat er van alles los kon komen tijdens de behandelingen. Ben nu 6 behandelingen verder en zijn er inderdaad heftige gevoelens losgekomen. Tijdens deze periode betrapte ik mezelf erop dat ik tijd maakte voor andere dingen. Dingen waar ik blij van wordt en voelde mij lekkerder in mijn vel zitten maar weet dat ik er nog niet ben. Maar vindt het nog steeds wonderbaarlijk dat de storingen in mijn centrale zenuwstelsel veranderd wanneer de chiropractor de stand van gewrichten corrigeert. They were so severe that sometimes it took me 4 days to get over it, 4 days in which I could not work or do anything else other than staying in bed. After trying all kinds of painkillers I found Solar Chiropractic and started to get adjustments by Daniel. It was the best decision I have ever made. Not only I am pain free but I learned from Daniel how to take care of my body and how to improve my lifestyle. I am forever grateful to him for this.
