Fantastische ervaring: Ik heb maanden met rugklachten gelopen. De fysiotherapeut kon hierin niks voor mij betekenen. Op eigen houtje ben ik op zoek gegaan naar een chiropractor. Dit zou voor mij de eerste keer zijn. Ik heb een duidelijke en warme intake gehad en ben vervolgens begonnen met de behandelingen. Mijn rugpijn en de belasting op mijn nek en schouders zijn hierdoor zo goed als weg. Het is een fijne praktijk met beleefde medewerkers. Het feit dat je altijd met je voornaam verwelkomt word i.p.v mevrouw. Creëert toch wel een andere sfeer. Onderhand een half jaar verder en nog zeer tevreden. De frequentie is wel minder maar nog steeds nodig. Ik ben happy !

Fantastische ervaring: De behandelingen vanuit One Chiropractor hebben mij super goed geholpen voor mijn knieklachten. Na een aantal behandelingen merkte ik al heel goed verschil. Nadat ik zelf tevreden ben geweest heb ik mijn moeder meegenomen, wij zijn geholpen door Ben en Kate. Mijn moeder kampt met jarenlange pijnklachten, hiervoor is zij ondanks doktersbezoeken, fysiotherapie niet voldoende mee geholpen. Sinds de behandelingen bij de chiropractor heeft zij eindelijk vermindering van de pijnklachten ervaren. Ze merkt een groot verschil, kan beter slapen zonder pijn, heeft meer energie en kan meer dingen doen. De behandelingen zijn heel waardevol voor haar geweest tot nu toe. So I was reading about chiropractic and after the results I hav seen to my roommate that has a serious back- waist issues after almost a year going to ONE chiropractic studio I said ok I will give it a try. And that's how I meet Marc, an amazing person from California recently moved in the Netherlands and started working as a chiropractor in ONE. He is really calm and I understood after 3 sessions with him that he really has experience, as he said to me I totally understand why is he the mechanic of the human body. I just want to mention that after my second session with him I had the best sleep in a long time waking up feeling energised and ready for the day ahead.

Fantastische ervaring: Na een intake sessie in november 2024 ben ik met Fabio aan de slag gegaan. Ik had als doel om ter voorbereiding op mijn Ironman race in 2025 dingen anders te gaan doen en werd door een vriend getipt. Na intensieve sessies in de eerste twee maanden (2x per week) waren de resultaten erg goed. Ik merk dat ik sneller herstel van trainingen, goed slaap, mijn houding sterk is verbeterd en de sessies bijdragen aan mijn algehele gevoel van fitheid, zowel bij sporten als op werk. Naar mijn idee is de impact bij mij overigens het grootst op het hardlopen. In de eerste 2 maanden hebben we behoorlijke progressie gemaakt en plannen we nu 1x per twee weken een sessie voor verdere verbetering en onderhoud. Er wordt heel goed naar je geluisterd, je krijgt professioneel advies en duidelijke uitleg en goede tips. Ik ben ontzettend tevreden en kijk elke keer uit naar een bezoek!

Fantastische ervaring: I discovered One Chiropractic Studio through internet website, actually via the the possitive reviews. I was doubting if I should start again after a few physiotherapist before, which did not help me at all. Waiste of time and money. From januari this year I had terrible pain in my neck, hardly could make any move, pain in my sholders, arms, back and lack of energy, lots of stress mentally and physically. Beside this I was dealing with work related stress, from last 2 yeras permanent stress, dealing with deadlines etc.... Fantastische ervaring: Ik mijn man en mijn moeder zijn klanten van de praktijk in Rotterdam. Wij hebben alle 3 last van rug klachten. Eerder hebben we allemaal fysio therapie en manueel therapie gehad maar niet zo succesvol.. Nu gaan wij regelmatig naar deze praktijk en we zien dat de therapie heel anders is je behoudt de resultaat met langere termijn. Iedereen moet ook realiseren iets wat al een tijd gaande is met je lichaam moet je niet verwachten dat het binnen een week al snel geholpen is. Fantastische ervaring: Eind vorig jaar werd ik gediagnosticeerd met een nekhernia C5/C6. Met alleen rust kwam ik niet verder en zo besloot ik, na onderzoek, om hier een afspraak te maken. De reden dat ik voor One Chiropractic gekozen heb is vanwege de brede benadering die zij hanteren. Bij de eerste afspraak werden er allerlei testen gedaan om een goed beeld te krijgen van mijn situatie. Dit werd na een aantal weken weer herhaald. Ik heb een traject van 6 weken (2 keer per week) gevolgd bij Fabio. Niet alleen richtte hij zich op de pijnlijke symptomen van m'n nekhernia, maar hij nam ook de tijd om o.a. mijn zenuwstelsel te begrijpen en behandelen en mijn algehele gezondheid. Zijn zorg en expertise hebben echt geholpen bij mijn herstelproces. Ik ben nog niet geheel klachtenvrij (ik kom nu 1 keer per week), maar ik ervaar enorm veel verbetering. Ik beveel deze praktijk ten zeerste aan voor iedereen die op zoek is naar holistische zorg. (Niet alleen Fabio is ontzettend vriendelijk en kundig maar ook de rest van het team. Ook de lieve dames aan de receptie zijn altijd behulpzaam).

Fantastische ervaring: Ik ben zo blij met de one chiropractor. Al bij de 1ste sessie voelde ik een verandering. Normaal als ik wakker word moet ik bekken oefeningen doen om de pijn te verzachten zodat ik uit mijn bed kan komen. Maar na de eerste behandeling hoefde dat niet meer. Ik word wakker en kan normaal uit bed stappen. Het gaat steeds beter en heb nu 2× mijn menstruatie gekregen en vloei minder. Ik ben zo enthousiast dankbaar. Een fysiotherapeut is wat anders dan een chiropractor voor mijn belevenis.

Fantastische ervaring: I came to Chiropractic Studio when I had pain all over my body, very tight neck to the point it would choke me, pelvic floor issues, difficulty performing any activity (walking, sitting, or even laying down fully relaxed). The last year was especially unkind to me, lots of stresses mentally and physically. After 6 weeks of therapy I can say I got the last year damage undone to me. Now I can breath or perform any other activity like before. I can't say I'm fully healed and there's definitely work to be done. I used to be quite skeptical about chiropractic treatment. Now I wish I went to Chiropractic Studio earlier, it would save me a lot of suffering. My body was in a tight and stressed state that no stretches, massages or any other treatment could yield any result. Now I see how repeated adjustment gave me room to breath and improvements followed from it. I can exercise again and the body responds well. Gradually, little by little, it's regaining its lost mobility. Thank you, Chiropractic Studio!

Fantastische ervaring: Almost a year ago I made my first appointment after a referral by my aunt. I went in with a pain between my shoulders that had been there for years. It felt like it was locked, but now I can say that this ‘locked’ feeling is gone. It still needs adjusting, but I can feel a huge difference. It’s such a relief, like every other visit really is. All adjustments from my neck, back, hips, ankles, you name it, are necessary for me to unwind after a busy period at work, working on big art projects or even the day to day stuff in and around the house. It also clears my head and creates space for things to flow much better. I really love the fact that I made this a regular thing in my self-care routine and would recommend others to do so as well.

Fantastische ervaring: I discovered One Chiropractic studio through their friend & family offer. My partner had had a few appointments and was very positive about the place. I was sceptic, as I had been to a few chiropractors before. It helped, but never for long enough or ever improved my condition structurally. As soon as I stepped in I understood my partner’s enthusiasm. The studio feels calm, warm, super friendly & professional. In my first appointment I was given a presentation about their treatment, which I haven’t ever experienced before. I was impressed with their ambition to educate, as well as their holistic approach. The treatments are great. Chris is super kind, really involved, very skilled and takes his time to check the state of my spine before making the required adjustments. In his absence I’ve been treated by the other chiro’s, who have a slightly different style but are just as skilled and equally great. For the first time with chiropractic I feel structural, lasting improvement.

In the following days and weeks, I started becoming much more aware whenever I would sit cross-legged for too long, if I would start clenching my teeth/jaws or just drawing tension to my shoulders due to stress. I was able to change my posture with that awareness and the adjustments have helped me to recalibrate my mind-body connection, which I didn't even know was missing. Big thanks to Chris who has been my main chiropractor. He's very friendly, efficient and always has some good tips to share. Nina and Karina at the front desk are also very friendly and I always feel super welcome when I come in for a session. Highly recommended!

Ranging from extream fatigue , headaches, backaches, easily stressed, low energy, low stamina and not sleeping through the night . I decided to give this treatment a shot.
