Fantastische ervaring: Sinds 2021 loop ik al bij One Chiropractic Studio en ik blijf komen voor het onderhouden van de zorg aan mijn zenuwstelsel. Ik vind de manier waarop ze met je meedenken heel fijn, je kan altijd aangeven waar je mee zit, en zo geven de behandelaren je de meest passende adjustments voor hoe jij je op het moment voelt (zowel fysiek als mentaal). Aanrader als je kwakkelt met je (mentale) gezondheid!

Fantastische ervaring: Ik kan een behandeling bij One van harte aanraden; een prettige praktijk met kundige behandelaars! Het is de moeite waard een traject in te gaan, dankzij Luong Diep beweeg ik me weer vrijer én heb ik weer meer gevoel in mijn hand, terwijl ik het ziekenhuis werd gezegd dat ik na een operatie met die gevoelloosheid moest leren leven.

Fantastische ervaring: I just want to express my deep gratitude to John Seo. I never imagined that a chiropractic adjustments could change my body in a way I had been told was impossible. After everything my body had been through, I was so shocked by the results that I even considered studying to become a chiropractor myself, simply because I needed to understand what I was seeing with my own eyes. For the first time in my life, my legs were the same height again. That moment marked the beginning of my journey with John Seo and it changed everything. As a performer, my body is my working tool. It carries my life and my survival. My body has endured more than most, and until I met John, no one had ever taken the time to truly understand its full history. As a child in my home country, I received a medical injection that caused a severe blood vessel problem. One of my legs stopped growing while the other continued. Doctors Without Borders performed multiple interventions, including eight failed surgeries before I was ten years old. During these procedures, a blood vessel was cut, and due to medical mistakes, my knee was permanently damaged. Later, I moved to the Netherlands. Coming from a warm country to a cold one, living with my leg condition became even harder. I consulted many doctors over the years, but the only solution they eventually offered was amputation. At that point, I lost all hope for my leg and my body. Life continued at full speed. I had to integrate into a new country, go to school, build a career, and before the age of 25 I gave birth to two children, both through C-sections. I worked three different jobs, started my own business, toured the world for work, and balanced everything with motherhood. My body carried all of it. Over time, my condition worsened. My leg became bigger and heavier, I developed a thrombosis leg, and even my pinky toe started lifting upward. My body was holding years of stress, trauma, responsibility, and survival. When I first met John, he didn’t start with treatment. He started with listening. We spoke about my childhood, my life, and everything my body had been through. He said he needed to “connect the dots” to truly understand what was happening in my body. That approach alone made me feel seen and safe. After the first tests, the results were confronting. My spine showed serious imbalance, my stress levels were extremely high, and my head weighed 11.7 kilos while it should have been around 4 kilos. My body had been compensating and carrying far too much for far too long. I have now been under John’s care for over half a year. His approach is deeply holistic: every session connects mental health with physical treatment, always with a focus on long-term balance and a healthier future. The results are real. My posture has improved, my shoulders are less tense, my pinky toe has gone down and I can move it again. Most importantly, my nervous system is calmer. I make clearer decisions, feel more grounded, and move through life with more ease. John Seo is not just treating my body for the moment. He is helping me build a future where my body can continue to support my life. For someone whose body is their instrument, that is priceless. Fantastische ervaring: I actually came across this clinic by chance when I was dealing with really strong neck pain and discomfort. From the very first contact, everything felt easy and professional. I was able to get an appointment incredibly quickly, which was such a relief at the time. Since that first visit, I’ve been coming back regularly and I’ve had a session with Luong every time. He has been genuinely amazing. With his help, my neck problems have improved so much. The pain is significantly reduced and on many days it’s almost completely gone. I can honestly say I feel a huge difference in my daily life compared to before. On top of that, the entire team deserves a special mention. Everyone is warm, welcoming, and truly kind, and you can tell they care about their patients. The atmosphere is friendly and calm, which makes every visit feel comfortable.

Fantastische ervaring: John has increased my life quality exponentially. I first came in around 1.5 months ago. I have had neck pain for the last 3 years. It started overnight - i just woke up one day with a slightly stiff neck. I did not pay immediate attention to it, thinking that I slept in a bad position and beeing busy with work. A few weeks in, my entire back was blocked and I could barely move. I then went to doctors, to physical therapy (I go to the gym so I am active to begin with), but nothing helped, despite doing all the exercises that were recommended. My neck pain just staid. Over the years, it started travelling to my lower back and I just got used to living with it. I then experienced another blocked neck and blocked back episode around a year ago. I could not lay down, could not sit down, could not sleep and was just in a lot of pain and extremely exhausted. I decided to try out acupuncture but that did not help either. Fast forward to this year: I started getting a stiff neck again and decided to try something new. I found One Chiropractic Studio by sheer luck and made an appointment. The first session was an overall assessment session with an initial adjustment. The second session, we went over the results of the initial assessment session. Based on these results, I started coming in twice a week. Each session (with the exception of the first one) is fairly short, around 10 minutes. Adjustments are made and the overall mobility increases. In my case, the neck pain is almost entirely gone, and my energy levels and mental well being are just through the roof. I will continue going to maintain my overall health even once the pain is gone. My final assessment for this initial phase is coming up in 2 weeks and we will then determine at what pace I should continue coming in on a forward going basis. I don't know how to thank John and his team so I thought a review would be a good start:). Oh and everyone is extremely nice and welcoming, with the nicest greeting and scheduling experience provided by Andrichca. You have guessed it: I cannot recommend this team enough.

Fantastische ervaring: Nadat ik door een blessure moest stoppen met hockey wilde ik wat anders proberen. De fysio hielp mij hier al een tijd mee, maar zonder het gewenste resultaat. Chiropractie was nieuw voor mij en ik was ook wat twijfelend of dit wat voor mij zou zijn omdat het als een ‘alternatieve geneeswijze’ wordt gezien. We zijn 2 maanden verder en ik kan weer pijnvrij hardlopen, heb meer energie en ook alledaagse bewegingen gaan veel soepeler. Het voelt alsof ik na jarenlange pijn mijn lijf terug heb. De persoonlijke twee-richting behandeling van John en zijn collega’s heeft mij geholpen eerlijk te zijn naar hen én naar mijzelf. Discipline om elke week terug te keren bracht het resultaat waar zowel John als ik op gehoopt hadden dat we het zouden bereiken. We waren beide verrast over hoe goed het nu gaat. De fijne sfeer, heldere en persoonlijke communicatie en tussentijdse tests hielpen mij vertrouwen te krijgen. Ik wilde overal fitter worden en heb chiropractie gecombineerd met hardlopen en krachttraining in de sportschool. De ruime openingstijden maakten dat ik wekelijkse afspraken kon combineren met een drukke voltijd baan waarvoor ik door heel het land reis. John heeft mij geholpen niet alleen fysiek vooruitgang te krijgen, maar mij ook mentaal meer in balans te voelen. Het ging bij mij om communicatie en op komen dagen, keer op keer weer. Niet alleen voor John, maar vooral voor mijzelf. Dat was een mentale verandering die ik niet aan had zien komen vanuit chiropractie, maar van toepassing was op meerdere aspecten in mijn leven! Fantastische ervaring: I’ve been coming here for a year now, and the difference have actually been magical. I’ve had back/shoulder and neck problems an pains for years and went to so many Fysios and doctors but nothing worked until one morning is could nog even move my head anymore. Desperately I called One Chiropractic and could come the same evening. When I say I’m grateful to have found this place and John it’s an understatement. After seeing the professionalism during the evaluation and real improvement in just one session, I decided to start my own treatment. I was dealing with severe pain in my neck, back and shoulders. I had just undergone a pain-blocking procedure in my cervical spine, had numbness in my hands and on the right side of my body, no strength in my right hand, limited movement due to pain, and had lost hope of ever sleeping or waking up without pain again. Na maanden lang rond te hebben gelopen met pijn en niets dat hielp, ben ik op aanraden van een vriendin naar chiropractic Studio One gegaan. Fantastische ervaring: Zoek je een chiropracter, dan kan ik One Chiropractic Studio in Utrecht zeker aanbevelen. Het helpt me op twee manier. Fantastische ervaring: A few months ago, following a strain in my arm, I began experiencing persistent pain that wouldn’t go away for weeks. I decided to try chiropractic care, especially since I also suffer from occasional neck and back strains and spend long hours sitting at a desk for work. I've been seeing John Seo for a couple of months now and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. The treatment process is transparent and clearly communicated. Every few weeks, we review the progress and adjust the plan as needed . The people in the clinic and the mobile app also improve the experience. The pain has completely disappeared after the first weeks, even though I haven’t changed anything else in my routine that could have contributed to the improvement. I now continue with weekly maintenance sessions simply because it works.

Fantastische ervaring: Al een groot deel van mijn leven last van nek en rugklachten. Veel verschillende therapieën geprobeerd maar niks pakte echt de oorzaak van al mijn klachten aan. Ik loop nu bijna 3 maanden al bij one chiropractic studio in Utrecht en ik kan alleenmaar lof hebben. Het eerste moment dat ik daar binnen stapte kreeg ik een warm gevoel en dat heb ik elke keer als ik de praktijk binnen stap. Alle behandelaren en medewerkers laten je ook echt welkom voelen en zijn enorm lief. Mijn behandelaren vanaf het begin zijn John en Max en het zijn allebei echt toppers. John laat mij altijd enorm op mijn gemak voelen. Daarbij past hij de behandeling altijd goed aan op hoe ik mij zowel mentaal, emotioneel en fysiek voel. Ik voel me ten alle tijden gehoord en geen vraag is teveel. In die 3 maanden dat ik er nu al loop hebben we zowel in mijn houding als de klachten grote stappen gezet en heb ik eindelijk het idee dat de oorzaak van al mijn klachten aangepakt wordt. Fantastische ervaring: 2 jaar geleden ben ik door mn onderrug gegaan. Hierdoor kon ik mijn dagelijkse handelingen niet meer goed verrichten. Opstaan, liggen, zitten schoenen aandoen. Alles deed pijn. Meerdere dingen geprobeerd, als de fysio en een personal trainer. Dit heeft niet geholpen. Tot ik een tijdje te horen kreeg dat ik eens bij een chiropractor moest aankloppen. Fantastische ervaring: I have been having migraines since I was a teenager, but at some point I noticed that they became more frequent. Anyone who ever had a migraine knows how much it can impact the regular daily life. So after a week of daily migraines I decided to take action and try a chiropractor. I booked an appointment at One Chiropractic Studio in Utrecht for the next day and that's when I met Dr. Luong. He listen to my story, asked the right questions and knew imediately what the problem was. I had the first adjustment and I couldn't believe the results. The migraine went away almost imediately. And that's not all, it didn't come back for another month. Amazed with the results, I decided to continue the plan Dr. Luong made for me. A few months later, I am extremly happy with how well this has worked. Not only did the frequency of my migraines from one about every ten days to one about every 6 weeks, but my overall health has also improved (more energy, better equipped to deal with stress, no back pain just to name a few). Conclusion: there has been massive progress since the first couple of sessions. Nadat mijn vorige chiropractor 2 jaar geleden met pensioen ging en zijn vervangster een verkeerde behandeling toepaste waardoor mijn rugklachten acuut en daarna chronisch werden ben ik op zoek geweest naar oplossingen. Met een abonnement 1 x pm hoop ik het niveau van nu vast te houden. De communicatie en adviezen blijven belangrijk. Kortom ... Het is fijn om je in deze praktijk welkom te voelen!

Fantastische ervaring: I have been adjusted here for the past 5 months, primarily by John Seo, but also by Sydney and Kaitlyn. This because of chronic pain and tension in my neck, right shoulder and forearm. The adjustments have really improved my condition: the pain and tension have gotten durably much less. This is not the first chiropractor I've been to for my problems, but certainly the best. John, Sydney and Kaitlyn are all great chiropractors. I'd say John is an expert on upper back adjustments, Sydney on neck adjustments, and Kaitlyn is very good at both. If you're looking for a chiropractor in Utrecht, I recommend ONE.

Negatieve ervaring: The individual practioners at this studio are nice people and try to provide care, however the way the studio schedules the sessions its very obvious that the main goal here is getting a conveyor belt of patients through the doors as often as possible, mostly being treated simultaneously by one practioner. So expect to wait to be treated, you'll be booked at the same time as one of more patients with one chiropractor. Furthermore, I went for neck, and shoulder issues. They were not transparent that a chiropractor cannot actually treat shoulder issues, they led me to believe that they could. Whereas later another chiropractor told me that they actually cant. Plus, my neck issues are now 100 times worse than before i went to them....they basically wrecked my neck. UPDATE: Since I posted my review, the practice reached out to me to apologise for the care I received and to try to make amends. They’ve assured me that they take my experience seriously and would ensure that double bookings wouldn’t happen again. In the 2 months since my last appointment my neck is a lot better.

Fantastische ervaring: Na lang twijfelen (wel of geen chiropractor) toch een afspraak gemaakt. En het klinkt cliché, maar had ik dit maar eerder gedaan. Na jaren enorme last te hebben van weinig flexibiliteit in m’n onderrug en chronische nekpijn merk ik nu zoveel verschil. Helemaal als ik merk hoe mijn lichaam nu aanvoelt na een lange wandeling of lang stil staan. Zoveel beter! Daarnaast hangt er in de studio een hele ontspannen sfeer en is de ontvangst altijd vrolijk en erg persoonlijk. Twijfel je of chiropractie iets voor je is, niet doen! Maar gewoon een afspraak voor een intake en ontdek het zelf!

I went in with bad posture, a proned neck, and balance issues from an old ACL injury, and I started seeing results after just a couple of sessions. My posture’s improved, my neck feels so much better, and I’m feeling more balanced overall. It takes a bit of time for your body to fully adjust. I've been struggling with arm pain few years - visited so many doctors,did a physiotherapy for months without results- after scans all was looking good,but pain was always there which had impact to my basic life. I've been told to stop sport as well until they find the reason. Not being able to change my clothes without pain or just simply lift my hand or sleep for years became a normal thing until I came to this studio and met Sydney Rutkowski and John Seo. They show you with a picture application and by weighing the pressure on each foot what is out of balance. They use a diverse range of manual techniques and a trigger point pistol thingy to regain and remain structural integrity. Being aligned is effective on all levels. I have more energy, I sleep better and I feel more self-secure because I can stand up with my shoulders straight!

They have walked me through the procedure, examined my posture thoroughly and advised about the right frequency of treatment before we started. It has been about half year that I am coming weekly and the changes and progress are unbelievable.
