Fantastische ervaring: Daryl is amazing! We were visiting from the UK and my boyfriend had sudden terrible back pain and Daryl's session helped him so much in the moment and then he was able to enjoy the rest of our holiday! The session was more affordable for us than other phyios we tried in the area and He also gave us lots of great recommendations for the city :D

Fantastische ervaring: Ik kom hier inmiddels al jaren bij Daryl en ben nog steeds ontzettend tevreden. Er is altijd veel aandacht voor je klachten, maar ook gewoon ruimte voor een gezellig gesprek, wat de behandelingen erg prettig maakt. Vooral de kennis en ervaring met dry needling hebben mij meerdere keren enorm geholpen bij verschillende blessures. Ondanks dat ik zelf eigenlijk bang ben voor naalden, wordt er rustig uitgelegd wat er gebeurt en voel ik me altijd op mijn gemak tijdens de behandeling. Negatieve ervaring: I was contacted via WhatsApp by someone claiming to be a physiotherapist, confirming an appointment without any official email, booking ID. No professional would operate this way. When I missed the appointment, he sent aggressive messages demanding €35, despite the lack of proper confirmation. He kept pressuring and threatening me until I paid—just to stop the harassment. This was a deeply unprofessional and disturbing experience that felt more like a scam than a legitimate service. Please be careful and avoid this individual. No real healthcare professional should operate like this.

My standard practice includes proper appointment confirmations via email or WhatsApp , and I never intend for any patient to feel pressured or uncomfortable, let’s get this issue resolved, you contacted me for a treatment for your wife Komal Gupta , I gave you a few options and you verified on WhatsApp you did not give me any Email address or request a confirmation via email , for the time and date You wanted, then on the day of the appointment I waited for the entire 29 minutes thinking if your wife would still arrive I would give her the benefit of the doubt and still treat her, I know for some expats it’s sometimes difficult finding the practice for the first time ,
As far as threatening and harassing you, I sent you a payment request on the telephone number you contacted me on , you never requested any confirmation on email , then I called and discussed with you about this and then your wife Kamal Gupta , stated I needed to send this proof via email, that she gave me verbally over the phone that she had an appointment with me , which I did , please understand you also told me my office had called to cancel the appointment till the week later on the same day , but I work alone , so I know I didn’t call to change the appointment
